Shipping policy

SHIPPING METHOD We ship nationwide across South Africa via Aramex Store to Door at a flat rate of R89.99 per order under 2kg's.

DELIVERY TIME Orders are delivered within 8-11 business days from the date of dispatch. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.  

TRACKING Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Aramex tracking number.

DELAYS While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to public holidays, weather, or courier disruptions. Valoure is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

FAILED DELIVERIES If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Aramex will contact you to arrange redelivery. Uncollected parcels may be returned to us, and re-shipping fees may apply.
