Refund policy

At Valoure, we want you to love every product you receive. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

RETURNS We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. to initiate a return, email us at hello@valoure.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

REFUNDS Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS For Hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

SALE ITEMS Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
